Bridge
Make a bridge by leaning forward and standing on your hands. Ask your child to be a "boat" and "sail under the bridge" by sliding or crawling under you.

Potato Sack
Use big cloth bag to jump around the room. You can also put the child inside the bag and swing around (make sure the bag has strong handles)

Crow's Nests
Put carton boxes around the room. March from one box to another by lifting legs up. It is more interesting (and challenging) if the boxes are different in height.

Hopskotch
Play outside and draw the squares with a chalk or use a white tablecloth to make a hopscotch mat for inside use.

Snake
Crawl around different objects in the room. You can set up real barriers with carton boxes, bean chairs, etc.

Wheelbarrow
Have your child walk on his/her hands while you are holding legs up.

Bouncing ball
Play chasing game by bouncing around on the ball.

Kangaroo
Jump around the room with a ball or a balloon between two legs. You can have a competition going.

Trail
Use construction paper of different colors to make a "trail" going through the room. Walk with your child by stepping only on the paper. You can imagine that you are crossing the river and pieces of paper are little rocks sticking out of the water.

Tunnel
Have your child to crawl throw two hula hoops held up by you. You can close and open "tunnel" by putting the hoops down and holding them up again. Put an interesting toy on the other end of the "tunnel" to motivate your child.

Parachute
Parachute activities are great for shoulder movement. Children can put it up and down singing their favorite song, lift and run under it before it falls, bounce beach ball or staffed animal with it, etc.

Row, Row, Row Your Boat
Sit with legs apart and have the child to sit opposite to you with legs in the middle. Grasp the child's hands. Child leans back as if "rowing a boat" then pulls to upright sit. Repeat. Sing, "Row, row, row your boat."
